Long-Term Lobby Kiosk — Hotel Group
Challenge
A boutique hotel group wanted lobby content that turned check-in guests into post-stay social posters and gave the property a recognizable signature moment across all five locations. A standard installation wouldn’t refresh on its own and risked going stale within a quarter.
Approach
Vibe installed a self-serve branded GIF kiosk in each lobby with a property-specific themed overlay. Creative was refreshed quarterly to match seasonal campaigns, and the share screen tied each GIF to a one-click property hashtag. Monthly performance reports tracked which property and which overlay was driving the most shares.
Outcome
Across twelve months, the five-property network captured 41,000 unique guest GIFs with a 73% share rate. The hotel group attributed 8% of new direct bookings in the second half of the year to social discovery from guest-shared GIFs. The contract was renewed for a multi-year term.
