What does the price include?
Every package includes the activation hardware, custom branding, a trained on-site attendant, professional setup and teardown, and instant digital delivery to guests.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Travel fees apply for events beyond our standard service area (100 km from Ottawa), and we'll always communicate those upfront.
Do you offer multi-booth discounts?
Yes. If you're booking multiple activations for one event or a series of events, we offer package pricing. Contact us for a custom quote.
What's the booking process?
Submit a quote request, and we'll respond within 24 hours. Once you approve, we send a contract and invoice. A 50% deposit secures your date.
Can I customize my package?
Absolutely. Every package can be tailored with add-ons, extended hours, additional activations, and custom branding elements.
