A prestige cosmetics brand launching a new lipstick line at a department store flagship needed counter foot traffic plus polished UGC tied to specific shades. Standard product demos were not pulling enough non-existing-customer guests to justify the spend.

Approach

Vibe set up a magazine-cover printout booth wrapped to the launch palette. A ring-lit beauty mirror handled capture; the AI dropped each guest onto a cover of a faux beauty magazine named after the launch collection, with the headline naming the exact shade they tried. Counter staff were trained to invite guests into the booth as the final step of a free try-on.

Outcome

540 unique captures across the weekend with a 92% print-take-home rate. The brand saw a 38% lift in shade-specific sales over the previous launch and 220 organic Instagram posts using the brand hashtag in the following two weeks.
