A SaaS company sponsoring a 6,000-attendee industry conference needed a booth moment that pulled badge scans without resorting to the standard branded-swag dump. The marketing team wanted something attendees would post organically, with the company logo on it, before the post-event lead nurture even started.
Approach
Vibe built an AI cover-story booth themed as the front page of a fictional industry magazine named after the sponsor’s product category. Each guest selected a vibe (executive, visionary, rebel), the booth captured a portrait, and the AI rendered a glossy cover with a headline that referenced their job title plus a witty industry pun. The printed cover doubled as the leave-behind; the digital version landed in the guest’s inbox tied to a calendar link for a product demo.
Outcome
The booth captured 1,840 unique guests — roughly 31% of total attendees. 71% opted into the demo calendar link. Sales reported 84 booked discovery calls attributable to the activation in the two weeks post-event, with closed pipeline of just over $400k attributed within the quarter.
