Stadium Fan Mosaic — Beverage Sponsor
Challenge
A national beverage sponsor wanted measurable proof their stadium pour rights were doing more than serving cups. The brand needed a fan-facing moment that tied product back to game-day emotion and produced reportable reach beyond ticketed attendance.
Approach
Vibe installed a concourse-level capture booth styled to match the sponsor’s seasonal campaign. Every fan photo was tiled into a growing season-long mosaic projected on the concourse video wall and recapped on the jumbotron during the third-quarter break. Capture flow was three taps: shoot, tag, share. The share screen pushed the fan a branded photo and an opt-in for a season-long sweepstakes.
Outcome
The mosaic hit roughly 28,000 unique fan captures across the season, with a 64% opt-in rate on the sweepstakes. Jumbotron features earned an estimated 1.1M in-venue impressions plus broadcast pickup on three nationally televised games. The sponsor renewed the activation for the following season and added two road games.
