How long does each headshot take?

Two to three minutes including a few coached poses. We comfortably handle 30–40 attendees per hour per station.

When do attendees receive their photos?

Retouched files are delivered same day via a private gallery link sent to each attendee.

Can we brand the backdrop and gallery?

Yes. Logo backdrop, custom colours, and a fully branded delivery gallery are included.

What space do you need?

Roughly a 10x10 ft area with one standard outlet. Setup takes 90 minutes and packs out clean in 45.

Do you travel outside Ottawa?

Ottawa-Gatineau is home base. We routinely run headshot days in Toronto, Montréal, Calgary and across North America on request.
