Will it fit in our 10x10 booth?
Yes. Headshot, AI and trading-card formats all fit in a standard 10x10. 360° needs 12x12.
Can the lead capture push to our CRM?
We export to HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo and clean CSV. Field mapping is locked before the show.
How do you handle the line?
Operator count is sized to expected traffic. We coach the queue, set throughput targets per hour and have backup kit on standby.
Can you travel for multi-city tours?
Yes. Same producer, same playbook in every city. Typical scope is 4–12 stops across North America.
What's the lead time to book?
Two to three weeks is typical. Tighter windows are workable — send the brief and we'll tell you straight.
