A regional tourism board running a multi-city pop-up tour in feeder markets needed activations that produced bookable interest, not just selfies. The board needed measurable email opt-ins and visible social proof that the destination was on people’s consideration list.

Vibe built a weatherized AI postcard booth that placed each guest into the destination’s hero landscapes — mountain ridge, coastal town, downtown skyline. The share screen offered a one-tap opt-in to a destination newsletter with a curated trip-planning guide and an AirDropped travel-ad-styled photo within seconds.

Outcome

Across six weeks and four cities, the booth captured 12,800 unique guests with a 58% newsletter opt-in rate. The destination newsletter list grew by 7,400 net new subscribers, and downstream booking inquiries attributed to the tour exceeded the board’s quarterly forecast by 23%.
