Lenticular Prints — Tradeshow Activation

Challenge

A tradeshow exhibitor needed a booth moment that produced shareable, brand-tagged content without slowing floor traffic. Standard step-and-repeats and giveaway swag were not delivering the post-show social momentum the team was paying the show fees for.

Approach

Vibe built a lenticular portrait station keyed to the client’s launch creative. Attendees stepped in, the rig captured a four-frame sequence, and a printed card animated between two on-brand hero frames when tilted. A themed prop set placed each guest inside a recognizable scene from the campaign. VIPs, press, and target accounts received priority print delivery within ninety seconds, so they walked the floor holding the brand.

Outcome

1,184 attendees captured across three show days. Print take-rate hit 99%. Within 24 hours, fourteen industry analysts and thirty-one named partners had posted their lenticular flip-card video, generating 2.4M organic impressions on the official event hashtag and the highest qualified-lead density of any booth activation the exhibitor had run.
